We ship within Estonia, across the European Union, and worldwide.

  • Estonia: Free shipping on all orders.

  • EU countries: €7 shipping fee, free for orders over €56.

  • International: €16 shipping fee, free for orders over €56.

3. How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times:

  • Estonia: 2–5 business days

  • EU countries: 4–9 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to customs or courier delays.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your order’s progress online.

5. What is your return policy?

We offer free 30-day returns and exchanges.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Simply contact us at support@adaptivemindlabsou.shop to start a return.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving your return.

6. Do I need to pay for return shipping?

  • Estonia: Returns are always free.

  • EU & International: We provide a prepaid return label — no extra cost to you.

7. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@adaptivemindlabsou.shop with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Shopify-supported payment gateways (such as PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, where available).

9. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@adaptivemindlabsou.shop. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.
